Care Suitability and Treatment Fit

Short-term structured treatment may be appropriate for some clinical presentations, but it is not the appropriate level or duration of care for every individual. More complex clinical needs may require longer-term counseling or psychotherapy, intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, or other services.

Treatment response and duration vary based on multiple individual and clinical factors, and participation in a structured program does not guarantee a particular outcome or completion of treatment within the stated timeframe. Recommendations for continued treatment or a different level of care are based on ongoing clinical assessment and formulation and are discussed collaboratively, with consideration of client needs, preferences, consent, and choice.
